Main Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
