  • 2 cups Mixed Greens washed and dried
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 piece Cucumber sliced
  • 0.5 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and feta cheese.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
