Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Mixed Greens washed and dried
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 piece Cucumber sliced
- 0.5 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 0.25 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and feta cheese.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 30 minutes before serving.
