  • 500 g Rye flour
  • 200 g Whole wheat flour
  • 100 g Sunflower seeds
  • 50 g Flax seeds
  • 10 g Salt
  • 750 ml Water
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 packet Dry yeast

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Mix rye flour, whole wheat flour, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Dissolve honey in warm water and add yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix well until a sticky dough forms.
  4. 4. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. 5. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake for 1 hour.
  6. 6. Let the bread cool before slicing.
