Traditional Danish rye bread recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Rye flour
- 200 g Whole wheat flour
- 100 g Sunflower seeds
- 50 g Flax seeds
- 10 g Salt
- 750 ml Water
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 packet Dry yeast
1. Mix rye flour, whole wheat flour, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and salt in a large bowl.
2. Dissolve honey in warm water and add yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix well until a sticky dough forms.
4. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
5. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake for 1 hour.
6. Let the bread cool before slicing.
