Main Ingredients
- 200 g Short-grain rice
- 1 L Whole milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Bring the milk to a boil in a large pot.
2. Add the rice and reduce the heat to low. Stir occasionally.
3. Cook for about 40 minutes until the rice is tender and the porridge is thick.
4. Add salt to taste and serve warm.
