Main Ingredients
- 2 whole Live lobsters about 1.5 pounds each
- 1 cup Butter melted
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the lobsters to the pot, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes until bright red.
Remove the lobsters from the pot using tongs and let them cool slightly.
Using kitchen scissors, cut the lobster shells to remove the meat.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Serve the lobster meat with the garlic butter sauce.
