Ingredienser 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 whole Live lobsters about 1.5 pounds each
  • 1 cup Butter melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instruktioner 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the lobsters to the pot, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes until bright red.
  3. Remove the lobsters from the pot using tongs and let them cool slightly.
  4. Using kitchen scissors, cut the lobster shells to remove the meat.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve the lobster meat with the garlic butter sauce.
