  • 8 pcs Potatoes medium size
  • 50 g Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes. Make thin slices across each potato, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Place the potatoes on a baking tray. Brush them with melted butter and olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the potatoes.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
