Burger Ingredients
- 500 g Ground Beef 80% lean
- 4 Burger Buns
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 1 Onion sliced
- 4 slices Cheese optional
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Form ground beef into 4 patties.
2. Season patties with salt and pepper.
3. Preheat grill or frying pan to medium-high heat.
4. Cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
5. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
6. Toast burger buns on the grill or in the pan for about 1 minute.
7. Assemble burgers with tomato, onion, and any other desired toppings.
