  • 500 g Ground Beef 80% lean
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 4 slices Cheese optional
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Form ground beef into 4 patties.
  2. 2. Season patties with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Preheat grill or frying pan to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  5. 5. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  6. 6. Toast burger buns on the grill or in the pan for about 1 minute.
  7. 7. Assemble burgers with tomato, onion, and any other desired toppings.
