Salad Ingredients
- 500 g Broccoli cut into small florets
- 100 g Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 50 g Red Onion finely chopped
- 100 g Sunflower Seeds
- 100 g Raisins
Dressing Ingredients
- 200 ml Greek Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, red onion, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
