  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 whole Lemon sliced

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Rub the duck with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the duck with minced garlic and lemon slices.
  4. Place the duck in a roasting pan and roast for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  5. Let the duck rest for 10 minutes before carving.
