Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Wild Duck
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 whole Lemon sliced
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Rub the duck with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the duck with minced garlic and lemon slices.
Place the duck in a roasting pan and roast for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
Let the duck rest for 10 minutes before carving.
