Main Ingredients
- 250 g Butter softened
- 250 g Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 whole Vanilla bean seeds scraped
- 350 g All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla seeds, and mix until combined.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add to the butter mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle. Pipe the dough into small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool on a wire rack.
