Instruktioner
1. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
2. Add galangal, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add chicken slices and cook until done.
4. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a gentle boil.
5. Add mushrooms, chili, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
6. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
