Ingredienser 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Chicken breast sliced
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 3 slices Galangal
  • 2 Lemongrass stalks cut into 2-inch pieces and smashed
  • 4 Kaffir lime leaves torn into pieces
  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 Red chili sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
  2. 2. Add galangal, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add chicken slices and cook until done.
  4. 4. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a gentle boil.
  5. 5. Add mushrooms, chili, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
