Main Ingredients
- 500 g Tomatoes small, ripe
- 250 ml Vinegar white or apple cider
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Peppercorns
1. Sterilize the glass jar by boiling it in water for 10 minutes.
2. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard seeds, and peppercorns. Bring to a boil.
3. Add the tomatoes to the boiling mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Transfer the tomatoes to the sterilized jar and pour the hot vinegar mixture over them.
5. Seal the jar and let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
