  • 500 ml milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instruktioner 

  1. Chop the cabbage into small pieces.
  2. Boil the cabbage in salted water for about 10 minutes, then drain.
  3. In a pot, melt the butter and add the flour to make a roux.
  4. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the boiled cabbage to the sauce and mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
