Main Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 large eggs
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the chicken broth in a pot until it starts to simmer.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and Parmesan cheese.
Slowly pour the egg mixture into the simmering broth, stirring constantly.
Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the eggs are set.
Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
