- 1 head Spidskål shredded
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Shred the spidskål and place it in a mixing bowl.
2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Toss everything together until well combined.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
