Søren Ryge Kringle Opskrift
En lækker dansk kringle opskrift inspireret af Søren Ryge.

Dough
- 500 g Flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 25 g Yeast
- 250 ml Milk lukewarm
- 100 g Butter softened
- 1 pinch Salt
Filling
- 100 g Butter softened
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Cinnamon
1. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
2. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk and add to the flour mixture.
3. Add softened butter and knead the dough until smooth.
4. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
5. Roll out the dough and spread the filling mixture evenly.
6. Roll the dough into a log and shape it into a kringle.
7. Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
