En klassisk dansk leverpostej opskrift, perfekt til frokostbordet.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Pork liver
- 200 g Pork fat
- 2 Onions, chopped
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
In a food processor, blend the pork liver, pork fat, and chopped onions until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and stir in the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for about 60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
