  • 500 g Pork liver
  • 200 g Pork fat
  • 2 Onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. In a food processor, blend the pork liver, pork fat, and chopped onions until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and stir in the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
