- 500 g Puff pastry
- 200 g Ham diced
- 100 g Cheese grated
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray.
Spread mustard over the puff pastry.
Distribute the diced ham and grated cheese evenly over the pastry.
Roll the pastry into a log and brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
