  • 500 g Puff pastry
  • 200 g Ham diced
  • 100 g Cheese grated
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray.
  3. Spread mustard over the puff pastry.
  4. Distribute the diced ham and grated cheese evenly over the pastry.
  5. Roll the pastry into a log and brush with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
