  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 100 g Peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili paste
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk and peanut butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, chili paste, garlic, and ginger.
  3. 3. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
