  • 1 liter Whole Milk
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Heat the milk to 30°C (86°F).
  2. 2. Stir in the buttermilk and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
  3. 3. After 24 hours, heat the mixture to 40°C (104°F) until curds form.
  4. 4. Strain the curds through a cheesecloth and let it drain for 4 hours.
  5. 5. Salt the curds and form them into a cheese shape.
  6. 6. Smoke the cheese in a smoker for 30 minutes.
