- 400 g Beef tenderloin finely chopped
- 2 Egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon Capers chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chives chopped
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped beef tenderloin, egg yolks, capers, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chives, and parsley.
2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve immediately with toasted bread or crackers.
