Rødgrød Med Fløde Opskrift
En klassisk dansk dessert lavet med røde bær og serveret med fløde.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Mixed red berries (strawberries, raspberries, red currants)
- 200 ml Water
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Potato starch mixed with a little cold water
- 200 ml Heavy cream for serving
1. Put the berries and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Add the sugar and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
3. Strain the mixture to remove seeds and return the liquid to the saucepan.
4. Stir in the potato starch mixture and bring to a boil again, stirring constantly until it thickens.
5. Let it cool slightly before serving with heavy cream.
