  • 1.5 kg Pork Belly with rind
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 500 ml Water

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Score the rind of the pork belly.
  3. Rub the pork with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the pork in a roasting pan and add water.
  5. Roast for 90 minutes or until the rind is crispy.
  6. Let it rest before slicing and serving.
