- 1 bunch Fresh parsley roughly chopped
- 200 ml Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
1. Blend parsley, olive oil, garlic, and salt until smooth.
2. Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove solids.
3. Store in a bottle and refrigerate.
