Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast sliced thinly
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 liter Chicken broth
- 200 g Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Bamboo shoots sliced
- 1 teaspoon Chili paste
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 pcs Green onions chopped
1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until fragrant.
3. Add chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
4. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
5. Add mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and chili paste. Simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until soup thickens.
7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
