Main Ingredients
- 500 ml Heavy cream
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 sheets Gelatin soaked in cold water
1. Soak gelatin sheets in cold water.
2. In a saucepan, heat the cream and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
4. Squeeze excess water from the gelatin and add to the cream mixture. Stir until dissolved.
5. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
