Palak Paneer Opskrift
En lækker indisk ret lavet med spinat og paneer.

Main Ingredients
- 250 g paneer cubed
- 300 g fresh spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 2 units tomatoes pureed
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- to taste salt
- 2 tablespoon cream optional
Blanch spinach leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes, then blend into a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Add tomato puree, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
Add spinach paste and cook for 5 minutes.
Add paneer cubes and garam masala. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Stir in cream if using, and cook for 2 more minutes.
