Main Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 orange zest from one orange
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Stir in the flour and orange zest until combined.
Roll the dough into small logs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
