Main Ingredients
- 200 g Sugar
- 100 g Honey
- 50 g Egg whites
- 150 g Almonds toasted
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and honey. Cook over medium heat until the mixture reaches 140°C (285°F).
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.
4. Slowly pour the hot sugar mixture into the egg whites while continuously whisking.
5. Fold in the toasted almonds.
6. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and let it cool completely.
7. Cut into pieces and serve.
