Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Mont D'Or cheese in its wooden box
- 2 cloves Garlic thinly sliced
- 100 ml White wine
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Remove the plastic wrapping from the cheese, and place it back in its wooden box.
Make a few slits in the top of the cheese and insert the garlic slices.
Pour the white wine over the cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
Wrap the wooden box with aluminum foil to prevent any leaks.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot with crusty bread or boiled potatoes.
