Main Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cardamom ground
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 200 ml milk
Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
Beat eggs and milk together, then add to the flour mixture.
Knead the dough until smooth.
Roll out the dough and cut into diamond shapes.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry klejner until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and let cool.
