Main Ingredients
- 2 L Water
- 500 g Beef bones
- 2 Carrots Chopped
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 2 stalks Celery Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
1. Bring the water to a boil in a large pot.
2. Add the beef bones and reduce to a simmer.
3. Skim off any foam that forms on the surface.
4. Add the chopped carrots, onion, and celery.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Simmer for 45 minutes.
7. Strain the soup to remove the solids.
8. Serve hot.
