  • 500 g Beef bones
  • 2 Carrots Chopped
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Bring the water to a boil in a large pot.
  2. 2. Add the beef bones and reduce to a simmer.
  3. 3. Skim off any foam that forms on the surface.
  4. 4. Add the chopped carrots, onion, and celery.
