This is a delicious potato pizza recipe, perfect for a cozy dinner.

- 500 g Potatoes thinly sliced
- 200 g Pizza dough
- 100 g Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary fresh, chopped
Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
Arrange the thinly sliced potatoes evenly on the dough.
Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, and rosemary on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden and the potatoes are tender.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
