  • 200 g Pizza dough
  • 100 g Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary fresh, chopped

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Arrange the thinly sliced potatoes evenly on the dough.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, and rosemary on top.
