En lækker kartoffelgratin opskrift, perfekt som tilbehør eller hovedret.

Main Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 100 g grated cheese Gruyère or similar
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste nutmeg freshly grated
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
In a bowl, mix the cream, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Layer the potato slices in a baking dish, pouring a bit of the cream mixture over each layer.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake for about 60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
