En lækker opskrift på traditionelle danske kanelsnegle.

Dough
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 250 ml milk lukewarm
- 75 g butter melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
Filling
- 100 g butter softened
- 100 g brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
2. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.
3. Add the milk mixture and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let it rise for 1 hour.
5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
6. Roll the dough into a log and cut into 12 pieces. Place on a baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
7. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
