- 500 g jomfruhummerhaler langoustine tails
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 unit lemon juiced
- 50 g butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
Place the jomfruhummerhaler in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, lemon juice, and melted butter.
Pour the mixture over the jomfruhummerhaler.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the langoustine tails are cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
