Traditional Danish wheat buns, often enjoyed on the evening before Great Prayer Day.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g All-purpose flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 25 g Fresh yeast
- 300 ml Milk lukewarm
- 50 g Butter softened
- 1 teaspoon Salt
In a mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk.
Add sugar, salt, and softened butter to the mixture.
Gradually add the flour and knead until you have a smooth dough.
Let the dough rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Shape the dough into small buns and place them on a baking sheet.
Let the buns rise for another 20 minutes.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
