Ingredienser

  • 500 g All-purpose flour
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 25 g Fresh yeast
  • 300 ml Milk lukewarm
  • 50 g Butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instruktioner 

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk.
  2. Add sugar, salt, and softened butter to the mixture.
  3. Gradually add the flour and knead until you have a smooth dough.
  4. Let the dough rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  6. Shape the dough into small buns and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Let the buns rise for another 20 minutes.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
