Ingredienser

  • 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 large Carrots chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 1 large Onion quartered
  • 2 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 2 leaves Bay leaves
  • 10 whole Black peppercorns
  • 2 liters Water

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Put chicken pieces in a large pot.
  2. 2. Add carrots, celery, onion, garlic, bay leaves, and peppercorns.
  3. 3. Pour in water to cover ingredients.
  4. 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  5. 5. Strain the stock and discard solids.
  6. 6. Let the stock cool and store in the fridge or freezer.
