Kebab Marinade
- 500 g Lamb or Beef cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 piece Onion finely chopped
1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add meat to the bowl and coat well. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread meat onto skewers.
5. Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until meat is cooked through.
