Ingredienser 

Kebab Marinade

  • 500 g Lamb or Beef cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 piece Onion finely chopped

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add meat to the bowl and coat well. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
  3. 3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread meat onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until meat is cooked through.
