Main Ingredients
- 500 g Pork or Chicken sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 unit Lemon juiced
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Mix olive oil, oregano, thyme, paprika, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2. Add the sliced pork or chicken to the bowl and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the meat for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
5. Serve with pita bread, tzatziki, and your favorite toppings.
