Main Ingredients
- 500 g Beef cut into cubes
- 2 Onions chopped
- 3 Garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 L Beef broth
- 2 Carrots sliced
- 2 Potatoes diced
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat some oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned.
2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent.
3. Stir in the paprika and tomato paste. Cook for another minute.
4. Pour in the beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about an hour.
5. Add the sliced carrots and diced potatoes. Cook for another 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
