Main Ingredients
- 500 g Beef cut into cubes
- 2 Onions chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Caraway Seeds
- 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 500 ml Beef Broth
- 2 Bell Peppers chopped
- 2 Carrots sliced
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Add the chopped onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
3. Add the beef cubes and brown them on all sides.
4. Stir in the paprika, caraway seeds, and tomato paste.
5. Pour in the beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 1.5 hours.
6. Add the chopped bell peppers and sliced carrots, cook for another 30 minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
