Roulade Ingredients
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 tablespoon Water
- 200 g Jam (any flavor)
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Sift in the flour and baking powder, and fold gently.
Add water and mix until smooth.
Spread the batter evenly on the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
Turn the cake onto a sugared parchment paper and remove the baking paper.
Spread the jam evenly over the cake.
Roll the cake tightly from one end to the other.
Let it cool before slicing.
