  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 250 g Ground pork
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 slices Bacon

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Lay bacon slices over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
