Forloren Hare is a traditional Danish meatloaf, often served with potatoes and gravy.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Ground beef
- 250 g Ground pork
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 slices Bacon
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
Lay bacon slices over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
