  • 200 g Ground Pork
  • 100 g Cabbage shredded
  • 1 Carrot grated
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 8 Spring Roll Wrappers
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • for frying Oil

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, carrot, onion, and garlic.
  2. 2. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each spring roll wrapper and roll tightly.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the rolls until golden brown.
  5. 5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
