Main Ingredients
- 200 g Ground Pork
- 100 g Cabbage shredded
- 1 Carrot grated
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 8 Spring Roll Wrappers
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- for frying Oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, carrot, onion, and garlic.
2. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each spring roll wrapper and roll tightly.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the rolls until golden brown.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
