  • 1 kg Potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 500 ml Heavy Cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 100 g Grated Cheese optional

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
  3. Layer the potato slices in a baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
