Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Potatoes peeled and sliced
- 500 ml Heavy Cream
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 100 g Grated Cheese optional
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
Layer the potato slices in a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes.
Optional: Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
