Dough
- 250 g Flour
- 125 ml Water
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Toppings
- 200 g Crème Fraîche
- 1 large Onion thinly sliced
- 150 g Bacon cut into small pieces
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 250°C (480°F).
In a bowl, mix flour, water, olive oil, and salt to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet.
Spread crème fraîche evenly over the dough.
Distribute the sliced onions and bacon pieces on top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
Remove from the oven, slice, and serve immediately.
