Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Score the pork rind with a sharp knife, making sure not to cut into the meat.
  3. Rub salt thoroughly into the rind, ensuring it gets into the cuts.
  4. Place the pork rind on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes or until crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool before breaking into pieces.
