En lækker dansk sandwich med sprød flæskesteg.

Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Pork roast with rind preferably with a good layer of fat
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 Burger buns
- 100 g Red cabbage pickled
- 100 g Cucumber salad pickled
- 50 g Remoulade
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Score the rind of the pork roast and rub with salt and pepper.
3. Place the pork roast in the oven and cook for about 90 minutes or until the rind is crispy.
4. Let the pork roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
5. Slice the burger buns and spread a layer of remoulade on the bottom half.
6. Add slices of pork roast, pickled red cabbage, and cucumber salad.
7. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
