Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Fish fillets preferably cod or haddock
- 2 tablespoon Mustard Dijon or whole grain
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley for garnish
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
Place the fish fillets in a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine mustard, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Pour the mixture over the fish fillets.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
